DiCOM SCIROCCO: It came from the factory and was built into a race car at a cost of over $100,000. This is one of the best prepared cars in North America, includes the best possible safety features.

Semi-tube frame with tubular control arms, mounted on rod ends. Shocks with adjustable coil-over springs. Suspension mounts were cut out and positions improved and reinforced with heavier metal than standard. All fluid lines throughout the care are braided steel. Brake and clutch master cylinder reservoir systems are Tilton brand. All four fenders and hood are fiberglass. Purchase of car includes molds for four fenders plus spare fiberglass front spoiler. Also includes Momo Steering wheel and Cobra seat, Autometer gauges and top quality switches, plus two kill switches. Car has a built-in fire extinguisher system, 25 gallon A.T.L. fuel cell, plus two electric fuel pumps & Fram fuel filter.

The engine is 2 liter tall block with large clutch; completely balanced engine. Compression ratio is 10 1/2:1 with 8-valve head with largest valves possible with racing cam. Intake/exhaust includes Mikuni 44 side-draft carbs and enlarged manifold with headers. Best M.S.D. electronic ignition, and fuel system has Holly fuel regulator. Alternator is small Chevy with built-in regulator. Clutch system is hydraulic slave type. Rear sway bar can be adjusted in the car while it is being driven. The transmission is close ratio with diff./locking system. Includes eight 15" x 7" mag wheels.

Includes spare 1800 complete engine. Both engines have windage trays and trap doors in the oil pans. The rear of the car (fuel tank, fire extinguisher, & battery) is enclosed in aluminum. Rearview mirror is a Wink full-windshield width.
