Bill Devin was a man ahead of his time and some of his DEVIN bodied SPECIALS with names like Unser, Shelby, Millers, Ryan, Hall burned up the SCCA & USRRC record books in the 50's & 60's and some are still being run today in Vintage Races all over the world.
