Aluminum HEADS with CORRODED water passages are ground out and then OVEN heated before welding up after which the ports are milled out to original spec's. The head is the again OVEN heated and STRAIGHTENED befor SURFACING. The STRAIGHTENING process can take up to 8 hours to complete.
